Our hotel rooms were luxurious and new-fashioned, with an incredible bathroom. Secure area, the best and nice location, short walk to part of the skywalk system, downtown Des Moines and the restaurant. Again, walking distance to Polk County Convention Complex.

The room was well-kept with great beds and a safe box, television, and a microwave. The bathroom was luxury, it was nice to have a bathtub. This location was the best and exceptionally nice, near to Des Moines, Wells Fargo center, and restaurants.

Amazing and stunning location near a convention center, good for visiting Des Moines. And not far from the beautiful downtown area and many different restaurants and downtown.

We booked a queen room with an incredible bathroom and greatly enjoyed it. Also, location was amazing, not very far from Hy-Vee Hall. And the area was beautiful, right by the restaurant and the concert venue and downtown Des Moines.

The hotel was fairly clean with extremely spacious rooms and superfriendly staff. The breakfast with the high rates. The location of the property was marvellous and stunning - not very far from Greater Des Moines Botanical Garden.

This was an incredibly beautiful property with a great pool. We had spacious and luxurious room with an incredible bathroom.

Tbh, rooms were tiny.

Stayed here for 1 night, the hotel was gorgeous and clean, had great views, favourable location in an area that had plentiful street parking all around. Location: the property was just next door to food establishments and downtown Des Moines and Wells Fargo Arena. There was Domino's Pizza nearby to grab something to eat.

The room we were offered an upgrade to was immaculately clean and luxurious and included a safe box, multi-channel television and a fridge. The location was stunning, just a pleasant stroll away from Des Moines Civic Center.

We appreciated rooms with an incredible bathroom. The location was marvellous and stunning, not too far from Science Center of Iowa. Actually everything was nice, our next choice again in Des Moines.

The warm and inviting atmosphere at the hotel was a nice touch, and the cleanliness of the rooms was commendable. The staff was genuinely helpful and friendly, especially Chris the bartender who provided useful information about nearby events and food establishments. Additionally, the location of the hotel was great, providing convenience for attending concerts or events.

The staff at the hotel was largely unfriendly and unhelpful, which was a major downside to my stay. Furthermore, the room I was given had no view at all, despite requesting a room with a view.

the room was new-fashioned and luxurious, had smoke detectors for the safety. the bed was exceptionally comfortable, and we had coffee and tea making equipment, and a fridge. the location was amazing - ease of access to hy-vee hall. we stayed here before now and will certainly stay here again.
